Most will announce things for you but MC might be an extra charge, i know for my DJ he announced everything but he had a separate charge for if he was to do MC stuff

My DJ has MC duties as part of all of his packages. I think most experienced DJs do, as they know that couples need/want that service.

My DJ included MC duties in his contract. Just make sure your contract has everything in writing.
