Wedding music

We are using Perfect for our first dance. I was thinking of taking guests requests but decided it would be better to just let the DJ do his mix to make the atmosphere he wants.

This was the hardest part for me. Not the song for me to walk down the aisle or out first song but the entrances and exits as well as mother and son dance was so difficult. We eventually had some help from our wedding party for bridal party entrance and it all worked out. I say listen to a lot of songs, YouTube helps a lot and even movies.

We took guest requests via our website but no one requested anything online or in person.

My fiancé and I are using Spotify. We are going to set up a playlist, as people for one song they would like for the playlist and then pick our first dance song, let our parents pick the parent dance song, and then fill in the rest!

Our DJ compiled a Spotify playlist based on our general preferences that we reviewed before the wedding day. During our reception, he also took requests directly from guests and weaved them in.
