Well hearing those numbers I would not since you have paid for their hair. I did the opposite I paid for make up and they will pay for their hair. Don't stress too much. I'm sure no one will look at you any differently. Good luck happy planning

The way I handled hair and makeup was I asked my bridesmaids and the groomswoman if they were interested in having their makeup or hair professionally done. I left the decision up to them which services they wanted. They were then responsible for covering the cost. Some of them choose to have both services, others choose one, and one choose neither. If you are making it a requirement for them to have their hair and makeup professionally done then I'd say you are responsible for covering the costs, but if it's optional and they are choosing which service(s) they want then they can pay for it.
