Definitely communicate with her and perhaps set up another trial. I had to find a new hairstylist two weeks before my wedding. My first one didn’t make me feel bridal after two trials. Thankfully, you still have time to sort this out. Good luck!

It looks like they definitely stuck with the orange/rose gold theme. Even if there's an additional fee, can you schedule another trial? I would just say when you got home and looked at it closer, it isn't really the look you want. Provide them with some pictures of bridal looks that you do like for them to go off of. If they're professional, you should have no issue with changing your look or doing another trial

She's a professional, and she definitely did. I would not mind this kind of look for my bridesmaids, but for myself, I'm not sure if makes me feel like a bride.

Overall the makeup looks good and the eye shadow colors blend in great with your colors.

Do you want more of a glam look or natural look? Your makeup style now looks more natural. If you want to stand out I think that would require the glam look with more makeup.

To make it more bridal/glam you need a pop and contrast in color instead of trying to match the bridesmaids dress. I like the inner rose gold color, but maybe add darker/smokey color around the outside instead of the orange I think that could help. Also adding eyeliner and wings would make it more glam.

I think this is a nice soft natural look that will go well with the rose gold elements. I think if you want a more glamorous look you should communicate that to her or show her some example of what you’d like.

She did great, placement, shades and texture are all perfect. Eyes and lips look great. To make a bit more glam could add some gold shimmer to eyelid. Also could add some contour/bronzer/highlight to face. I also suggest using a brown/black eyeliner instead of just flat black for an more warm/glowy vibe.

Should I go for more dramatic lashes???

She did a beautiful job. I really like it. I don't think there is any question in her skill level. If you are wanted a more dramatic look, maybe find some photos online. Contact your MUA and let her know you think you want something more similar to the photo.

Would a different color lip or eyeshadow help? I also think you could use a little more blush and contouring!

To me personally this looks like an everyday makeup look, no offense to you MUA but I feel as though your makeup should stand out much more in comparison to your bridesmaids and not just be done to match the colored theme..no rule says that is has to I would definitely say something especially if it doesn’t make you feel like a bride and you’re not a fan
