I am not trying to sound mean but the eyes overall do not look professionally done and I would find someone else. I would not waste your money on that person for the day of. Sorry the trial was not the best experience but good that you learned that now.

What is with the smudgy over eyebrow ( purple). The sides are not mirror images so they look the same. The eyelashes do not match and one is way too high. She used too heavy a hand with the grey smoke mid lid. In general, this looks like the first time someone did herself, always awkward. 5-6 more times, everything would be in the right place on eyes and brows. The concealer around the eyes is too much, wrong shade. The foundation is pretty nice color match and sheer, suits you, but put on the two sides of the face differently. If the person is a pro, she is not worth keeping.
You have nice eyes, and this does not show them off. *** Get someone new. **Make sure concealer is not bluish. Have the next MUA put a swab of foundation next to concealer, on a paper. Concealer should be a lighter pinkier not blue tone, so one will fade into the next. Your picture you show of a good style for you WOULD suit you nicely, if skillfully done. And your lash strip should be longer, reach out to each side more, and not be spiky. Like the picture, not this look.
Your face should be easy to make up well. Don't settle. The delicate, sheer and pretty tone of it suits you, just not this MU person.

I agree with everyone. Find someone new. I see so many things that could be better for a professional that I don't know that another trial would help. Best of luck!

Thank you everyone. We are all on the same page about this makeup. My bridesmaid looked so good but someone else her face. I already have a few people that I am checking out. I have 2 months to find the right MUA.

I don’t know if I’d trust them again, or is there someone else there with more experience with fake lashes. They don’t look even when your eyes are open.

I’d cancel and find someone else, this is what trials are for!

Hey I’m sorry to say this, but you need to find someone else to do your makeup. You have beautiful features and don’t let this artist hide them.

Oh no. Not only is it not what you wanted, but it’s just...not good. Definitely find someone else.

They did not follow your inspo photo at all. The inspo photo is gold lid and pink crease shadow with a clean cat-eye liquid liner. They gave you an overdrawn black pencil smokey eye, blended messily and doesn't look like it will last without smudging. They falsie application is very amateur as well, like any pair you could buy at a drugstore. Looks like they didn't shape your eyebrows or add a check/lip color either. You can find someone to do so much better!!! P.S. - you have a gorgeous eye color that would look great with pink/gold/orange/rust colors.

Definitely find someone else. The entire makeup job is lacking professional skill (and my guess is no professional products either)

I would personally find someone else. The look is nothing compared to your inspiration look (which is gorgeous). Don’t be afraid to cancel and find someone who you will love. It’s all trial and error.

This was my trial and inspiration photo. She didn't go as dark as the inspiration because I wanted to save it for the big day and didn't want my FH to see it complete. But I can tell it will look great the day of.
