Is anyone else having trouble receiving their marriage certificate? We uploaded our signed license on the NYC Cupid website weeks ago, and were told it would take 4-6 weeks to receive our marriage certificate in the mail. It's now been 8 weeks and we still haven't received anything. I've tried emailing the City Clerk and no one replies, and anytime I call the City Clerk I get sent to a voicemail that is full! I don't know what else to do or who to contact to get an update on where our certificate is

Have you tried social media?
Unfortunately everything is taking longer with the pandemic, so my guess is they are super backed up... but sometimes tweeting at them can get attention...

I'm so sorry Emily! Do they provide any kind of tracking or processing information?
My best guess would be that everything is backed up but still processing (albeit slowly!) But I also think checking out their social media is a good idea to see if they have provided any updates or if others are voicing similar issues.
