Juso do earrings with nothing else.

Honestly I say deck your self out but subtly. I think the big earrings and maybe a skinny diamond bracelet and a chain necklace with a small diamond something? Kind of like this

I would just go with earrings, I really like this dress without the necklace.

1st, that dress is stunning. 2nd, do what feels right for you. Im personally not a big jewelry wearer, I always have a necklace on, but I normally wear not so heavy earrings, if any, and never wear bracelets or a watch. Think about how it will feel for you, maybe try out the look your thinking of ahead of time to decide if it's too much weight on you. That probably sounds weird, but you know how people complain about feeling naked without their engagement ring or watch? It's the same concept in reverse. Good luck.
