Wow I remember when the wedding was 180 days away! It's so exciting but I am honestly over searching and planning for a wedding. I do not think I will miss it and look forward to the future and house hunting!
This week on the agenda was finishing up our vows, we are writing them ourselves. I spoke with my photographer and gave a detailed list of the wedding day and what photos I am dying to have. We decided on having a 'first look" with my two daughters my fiance is adopting as his own. I think it will be a special memory for them and to have it photographed will be precious. I toured my wedding venue again this week and it looks amazing with all the green grass and flowers.
I am going to start working on ironing my white tablecloths and chair covers, I have 200 do to so wish me luck! I also have to finish making white wooden box centerpieces and figure out a mock look before the big day to make sure it is 100 percent what I want.
I had my dress fitting last week and hopefully I will have another fitting soon. I needed to have it altered down quite a bit so I am an anxious to see it! My fiances ring we ordered from Rustic and Main just shipped and should be here next week! GUYS if you are looking for a non traditional ring with history and originality GO CHECK OUT rustic and main. They have wooden rings, whiskey barrel rings, and even comic rings. I am so excited to see the final product.
I need to find shoes for the wedding and am thinking of Kate Spade Ked's. As her recent suicide and someone who also struggled with depression/anxiety I feel it would be a fun touch to honor her in some way because I have always been such a fan of her. Hayley Paige and Kate Spade have been my icons since high school. (I am considering a pink glitter shoe or the classic silver and cream glitter shoe)
AHHH anyways I am so excited for everything to come! Anyone else? BTW did anyone else buy a ring from Rustic and Main? I would love to see them! Huge fan of them so far!
