Wedding Invites

Daughter was super organized and thought everything was nailed down, but less than four months before the wedding, she had her tasting appointment when her venue coordinator helped her nail down the final details. At that appointment, she decided to make an adjustment in the ceremony start time, which worked out really well. If she'd already ordered her invitations, she either wouldn't have been able to make that adjustment or would have had to reorder. Invitations are one thing I wouldn't do any earlier than you absolutely have to. There are too many minor things that might change (e.g., start time, guest list, etc.) and once they are ordered, anything you saved by ordering early is lost if you need to reorder.

2. Research and make notes regarding what you like most.

3. You can order samples to see what they’d look like.

4. Why not try to diy them?

I think it is a little too early because things can change & then you would have lost a lot of money on unusable invitations. But congrats on being so organized

P.S. During the winter months there are a lot more discounts (depending on where you plan on buying your invitations) so I would at least wait until early next year.
