Wedding invites

Few questions regarding wedding invitations.

I created a wedding website and informed guests via save the dates of accommodations /transportation provided for the day of the wedding. If all that was disclosed in save the date is it necessary to have a “details” insert in the invitation? If not, should I restate the wedding website address at all within the invitation?
Also, where did everyone order their invitations from? Debating if I should make myself or just order from a site. Thank you in advance

Is your wedding a destination wedding? If so, I would probably include the details insert card as well. We informed our guests of hotel accommodations, included it on our website, then sent it in a details card with the invitation suite… we still had people calling/texting about it and waiting til the very last minute 🤦🏼‍♀️ I think it’s always best to give them the information as many times as possible, because people tend to forget or push things off.

Not a destination wedding. But I totally agree reiterating things even if it’s just the website 🙈

I think that if the details are on the wedding website, you can just share the URL again.

I didn’t do a details insert. I ordered my invites from Minted. I had people RSVP online via my website so they were forced to go there anyway and then they saw all the info. My RSVP card had a QR code and the website printed on it. We had 119 guests and I believe only 3 called/texted because they couldn’t or wouldn’t RSVP online.

Great suggestion! Thank you! When you do the RSVPS online does it give you an option to enter meal choices ?

I had a minted website and did my RSVPs through them. You were able to ask a question to everyone who RSvPed. I imagine that's where you would ask their meal choice.

Hello Congratulations to you both and yes I think that you should because depending on when your wedding date is. They will forget so with the invitations adding the details are still needed. Also if there any older people attending they them I had them in mine. Trust me alot of them will forget lol
    Happy planning
