Parents and bridesmaids/groomsmen are guests so they get invites too.

I am sending them invites. I know my parents will probably keep their’s. But everyone who is a guest should get one. Think of it as a reminder right on their fridge!

I sent them to everyone, twice lol I did hand deliver some because it just made sense (ie my parents and MOH).


In hindsight, I wish I had done an online rsvp vs. a mail back card. I pre-stamped over 120 rsvp cards, and maybe got back 30-40. The rest of the people I had to hunt down to get a response.

Everyone invited gets an invite! We're sending invites to everyone invited. We know our parents will keep them as a memento, as well as our older relatives!

Everyone gets invitation! Those who are closest to you will likely want to keep theirs. (Make sure to keep one for yourself, too!)

I say yes, just because it’s more of a keepsake for the parents. Though my fiancé’s mom did lecture me over sending her a save the date when we already knew she was coming. I had to explain it’s just customary to send to all guests, even parents.
