Hi Everyone! Can you help me figure out my timeline to mail the wedding invitations and rsvp date?

Wedding Date: July 25, 2020

Final Count Due to Caterer: July 15, 2020

Date to Mail Invitations: ?

RSVP Date: ?

I’d say invitations next month and rsvp June 1st so you have 2-3 weeks to contact the stragglers.

I would mail invitations in May and make RSVP sometime between July 1st thru 5th-ish.

Final date to rsvp should be July 1. So mail out your invites in May

I would say beginning of April if you didn't send Save the Dates with a RSVP deadline of July 1! If you sent out Save the Dates I would go with May and RSVP deadline of July 1!!

Yes our Save the Dates went out in November. Thanks for the timelines. I will mail the invitations in May with the rsvp like you noted.
