Wedding Invitation First Draft

Hey all! My sister is a graphic designer so she generously offered to make our invitations for us. Here is what we have so far, please give me any constructive criticism. Keep in mind this is the first draft and we know we don’t have any RSVP/Website information on it yet.

She plans on making the greenery a bit a bit smaller as well.

    Not sure what your venue is but just wanted to let you know that “request the honor of your presence” is only used if you’re getting married in a place of worship. Your wedding might be at a church, I just can’t tell!

    Oh I didn’t know that! It’s not a church hahah. What are you supposed to say instead? I hate the word cordial so I want to avoid “you are cordially invited to...”

    We did: Together with our families it is with great joy that we invite you to share in our happiness as we exchange vows then our names, date/time, and venue. Our layout was almost identical to yours (Vistaprint is where I ordered mine).

    We left out the mention of families due to mostly my fiancé and I are taking care of the wedding ourselves.

    But from a styling standpoint I would choose either the lights or the foliage. It looks to crowded to me.
