If you bought wedding insurance, who did you use, and were the prices reasonable?

I chose WedSure - the coverage was in line with what I had budgeted, so it seemed reasonable to me. WedSafe is the other big name, but I don't think they are issuing new policies right now (at least they weren't last month). Just a warning though that no providers will cover anything even remotely related to COVID - I still think insurance is a good investment to protect against all of the other unknowns though!

Thank you. We had an idea that COVID would not be covered which is unfortunate but understandable. Thank you for the info.

We just added it to our home owners insurance for that day. It was only like $45.

Oh very nice. I saw that can be an option. And it covers the basics or is there more to it?

It covers up to $1,000,000 including liability if anyone were to wreck from drinking and driving. But let’s hope all my guests know better

As a former allstate agent i recommend going through your home or renters insurance carrier. add it to the home or renters policy... usually up to $1 million in coverage and should be cheaper than other places, and you should be comfortable with your insurance agent too, vs some one or some company you never talked to before.

These are all great points and very appreciated. I have asked my fiancee' to reach out to our state Farm agent today and see what we can find out. Thank you ladies!
