I know this may seem like a little much, but I'm an overly organized individual, so please humor me. I drafted this packet that is rife with informational goodies for all of those involved in our big day. Pretty much everyone on the contact list on the last page will get a copy of this packet (via email, and will have a physical copy). I removed everyone's phone numbers from this particular version, so I could get a little feed back from you lovely ladies (I'm actually asking for opinions this time!). Is there any thing important you think I may be leaving out? Anything that seems a little redundant?

Personally I love this. I don't think my bridal party would but I am super anxious/Type A/overly organized as well so if I received this, I would be like YESSSSS!

For comparison sake, I am a bridesmaid in a wedding next weekend - yes, Jan 31st - and I have no idea WHERE IT IS LOCATED, what time to show up, where we are getting ready, what time to go there, etc. I literally know nothing about this event. I have asked the bride repeatedly for at least "where/when do you want me to show up for the day of" and she will not get back to me. Gahhhhhhhh (I know, it's not my wedding but still it's making my organized brain go into chaos mode lol)

I definitely made a similar guide for my bridesmaids so I love this! You've given me ideas for things I haven't told them!

All of my bridesmaids were like WOW, you're organized! It's gone over really well, I've gotten good feedback, especially since the 6 of them are scattered all over the place and won't all be together til the night before the wedding at most. But a couple of my less than type A friends thought it was information overload. But, I just wanted to give them a guide with timelines and information that I KNOW they'll be asking about later on, and they'll be able to refer back to it.

I love it. If I was part of the bridal party in a large wedding, I would totally appreciate it. In the two weddings I've been in (one I was very young for) I was pretty confused about what was expected of me. It would have been easy to come off as a micromanager, but you didn't. Hats off.

I completely agree with this! I had a something similar in mind to do and was going to give it to our wedding party at the rehearsal dinner. We have a huge party. 9 BM, 9 GM, 3 FG and parents, etc. so this is a must for me to have for everyone so I'm not answering questions they could easily have in front them. And it's organized so people can feelike they're always in the loop.

I am planning on putting something like this together - I only have one attendant and all that, but we have to coordinate our families on an island where no one is going to have cell service which frankly freaks me out a bit. I swear to the gods i am going to low-jack his mother. And mine.

Lol. I love the lojacking human beings idea!!

I figured some of the wedding party would look at it once and never look at it again, but since we have so many people involved in the big day, i wanted to give everyone all the information to minimize the ammount of questions asked the week of "where do i have to be?... Can alan come and hang out in the bridal suite?.... Can my plus one come to the rehearsal dinner?.... What time foes the ceremony start again?.... What did we decide on hair again?"

I just figured it'd be a great place to answer all those questions. Smiley smile
