Wedding Heels!

SLY, on April 15, 2021 at 9:31 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 26

Hello everyone,

I have been scouring the internet to find these Kate Spade heels! The heel height is perfect, and I love the bow detailing! Unfortunately, the ivory color is sold out everywhere that I've been able to find them 😭. They DO have my size in the pale vellum, and black.

Which color do you prefer? For reference, here's a picture of the dress that I'll be wearing them with!

They are very pretty and I think either one would work. The dress also seems long enough that you wouldn't really see the shoes. However, if your accessories are going to be silver I would probably go with the black.

The dress is extremely long (I'm 4'11), so it'll need altering for sure. I was wearing 3 in heels in this picture so it'll need hemming! My accessories will be gold since my ring is gold!

I also thought about which ones I could get more use out of after the wedding, and both colors would go with almost everything I wear haha! So I'm stumped!

I would definitely pick one that you think you will wear more. I personally would wear the black ones more, but I'm also not a fan of gold. However, I think both are pretty so I'm no help.

I LOVE the nude/gold! I love the lighter look. I would also wear the nude way more than I would the black. But if you are more of a black heel girl, I say get the black. They are both so cute.

It's okay Veronica, I'm still thankful for your opinion! My friend also liked the black ones more so that's 2 votes!

I don't own any black heels so I'm not even sure! My block heels that I have to wear with my reception dress are a light blush/nude color though!

I liked how soft the pale vellum was too! I think I'm thinking too much about the wedding details flat lay photos my photographer will be taking haha!!

Would your nude/blush heels look good with your wedding dress too? If so, I may would buy the black heels so you have two options with your wedding dress! I really love the pale and light look, personally! So I always chose light and airy clothing colors over dark. But black heels may add the perfect contrast to your white dress. So basically, I'm honestly no help with your final decision and would probably buy both LOL

They would they're just different heel heights! My nude ones are probably 2.4/3 inches, and these are 4! My second dress is exactly like this one, but it's a fit and flare!

It's okay!! I would buy both if I could hahaha!! They're both so pretty!

I like the pale vellum. You can pair it with a lot of cute outfits after the wedding.

    I like the nude.

In general I am a fan of nude shoes because they go with anything, which I don't think black does. Nude shoes are classic and timeless like a good nude nail polish.

The 2nd ones. I don't like the look of black shoes with a wedding gown at all.

Second that. On most other occasions I like black shoes though and wear them a lot. But I've never seen black shoes for a bride and don't think I like that idea. Just personal opinion

I would go with the nude/champagne color.

It might be worth looking on Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, etc to see if you can find the color you want. Sometimes those consignment/resale sites have NWT/NIB items that are hard to find elsewhere.

Thanks! I've checked all of the places you just mentioned and they don't have the ivory color in my size anywhere, so it's def. between these two! Thank you though!
