Wedding Hashtags

I know it's kind of corny sometimes but EVERYONE will take cell phone pictures at your wedding, and I think it's cool that you can click on your hashtag the next day and see all of the pictures that everyone else took! One of my BM's came up with a really cute one for ours, so I'm just going to put a little chalkboard at the sign-in table that says "If you take a picture, hashtag it!" and then the hashtag below. You can make it fun and it gives your guests another way to get involved.

I love the hashtag idea. Still trying to come up with something original. But I think it's great to have all the pictures in one place.

I love the hashtags!! There will be so many pictures, might as well have one place where everywhere can see them!

At first I thought it was corny too, but it is a great way to see all photos in once place. And, they can all be pulled into a Storify book. Thanks!

I think it's corny but I like the idea of being able to search the hashtag and see all of the pictures that my guests have posted. It would be a good way to see some moments that you might have missed.

We're doing it, but I haven't come up with anything creative yet. My last name is that of a very famous dark liquor that is often mixed with redbull ... His is Cross. Thus far we've played off that a little (Trading in the J****r for a Cross) so I think we are going to try and stick with that for our hashtag.

We are. Pretty much everyone uses social media now. We are using wedpics, but I know not everyone will want to download it, so we are also doing the hashtag. Mine was easy because FH's last name is Yu... pronounced you. Lots to do with that one!

We are! Friends have done it in the past and it was fun to go through and see all the pictures.

I'm sold - will be coming up with a hashtag. I checked the generator, they came up with a lot, but nothing stood out. Will probably come up with our own.

I wanted a hashtag because they can be used on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. I can't wait to see all the photos! It took me a little while to figure one out, though. Our wedding is kind of fairytale/vintage/elegant so I figured #HappilyEverLeonardo fits us perfectly. This is our STD
