Who created a wedding hashtag and or website? I'm trying to decide if I should and how to best do it!

What is your SO's last name? That might help us give you ideas! I think the hashtag is useful to find all of the pictures that your guests take, and the wedding website is becoming pretty standard. I plan to do both. Smiley smile

His last name is Johnson but I'm hyphenating mine, which is Newell. I'm not even sure of how the hashtag thing works (we have 3 teenagers, so I'd need to find out anyway lol)

I think a wedding website is a great idea if you have a lot of out of town guests. I listed the info for our room blacks, travel info, local activities, and our registry.

Hi Kim! Make sure to upload a picture for your avatar (instead of the default icons) so that we can get to know you and tell you apart from all the other posters.

Couples create wedding websites because they are a very easy way to organize and share information about your wedding festivities! People will frequently include their wedding website URL on save the dates so everyone knows how to find their website. Wedding websites also make it easier to slim down the amount of information and inserts you need to include with your invitations Smiley smile On my website I have a welcome, a little information about me and my fiance and how we met, times and addresses for all wedding events, recommendations on where to eat and what to do locally, accommodation information, golf information, and some FAQs for travel!

Wedding hashtags are a way for you and your guests to tag their social media pictures with a common hashtag so that your guests can find the other posts from your wedding!

It depends on you and your guests if you want to do either!
