Wedding guest transportation - bus driver tip?

Starting to get quotes for wedding guest transportation from our blocked hotel to the ceremony/reception venue.

The quotes have a HUGE range - and some specifically mention that driver gratuity is not included in the price.

If you were using a service like this, how much would you tip?

If you did use this service, what DID you tip?

I won't be on the bus with the passengers so I will not be able to judge based on the driver's performance.

    From experience with renting cars/shuttles/etc. I usually tip around $100.

    Ours was included in quote and was 20% which came to around $150 I believe.

    I tipped $140, it was about 15%

    Thanks all. The one we're really considering doesn't have a minimum stated - just "at your discretion" so I wasn't sure what would be customary. 20% seems like a bit much but I think 15% would probably work and would be right around $100.

    So I am having transportation to and from.. it is costing me about 120 in tips for the transportation.. 900 total for the shuttles
