    I have a spreadsheet with 6 columns:

    - Invite number. This will come in handy tracking down RSVPS.

    - Guest names

-The minimum number of guests we expect from each household.

-The maximum number of guests we expect from each household.

    -Their addresses.

    -RSVP status (yes or no)

I also have separate spreadsheets will similar information for my shower and our rehearsal dinner.

I have a word spreadsheet, but I’m also keeping a paper copy around, god forbid something happens to my computer. First column is names and addresses as they would appear on an envelope. Second is attending or decline. Third is their meal choice/how many people from the household.

I did an excel spread sheet. Rsvp has 3 columns (yes adults, yes kids under 12 and yes kids under 3 aka won’t need a meal). Then their names columns. Then how many seats we reserved for them when we sent the invite out. Then the address. And last column is what they gifted so I can send thank you cards. Did the same for my bridal shower and it made easy to keep track of thank you and addresses.

    I'm using Google Sheets.
    I have a section for
    Name/LastName/Address/Zipcode/SavetheDateSent/InvitationSent/RSVPReceived/#Invited/#Attending/BridalShowerInvite/BachloretteInvite

Also adding columns for if we are sending them a mail back or online RSVP. And thank yous sent for gifts. Probably also gifts received from each guest (for thank you purposes)

I have been using Zola's guest list. You can add all the your guest as couples, singles and those with kids. It also has a feature for which guest have declined and accepted for rsvps. You can also export the list to an excel spreadsheet if needed.

So I love the guest list on the WeddingWire app, but I also have an excel spreadsheet. I keep everyone alphabetized by last name, with columns for address, phone number, out of town, gift given, number of guests/children etc. I also read somewhere that having the numbers on the excel sheet comes in handy as you can put those numbers in the backs of your rsvp cards in case people send them back without names on accident!

Excel seems the easiest. I have it set up with names in the first couple columns, the addresses, then will tack an rsvp column on the end. To number the rsvps I will just use what row number they are listed at on the excel spreadsheet.
