This is my dress, my first one which I fell in love with, a family member told me it made me look shorter and I couldn't even look at it without crying, and the seamstress said the bustle wasn't going to look pretty because of how long the train was, I was luckily enough to be able to exchange my dress for this gorgeous sparkeley dress!!

Beautiful dress. Im notorious for shopping at forever 21. One day during a 4th of July sale I was looking online and I saw a dress I was weirdly infatuated with. I took a chance and bought it. It looked extremely bridal and all the reviews said they used it for a wedding event. It was so cheap anyway that I figured even if it doesn't end up nicely it's ok by me. But lucky for me it was perfect.

This was dress 2/6 that I tried on. At the end I asked to put #2 back on and I knew it was the one.
I’m going to most likely make the off the shoulder sleeves like cap sleeves. And I also have to get the dress altered (this was right when I picked it up from the boutique). It was way too big at the top and I have to hem it a bit as well.

This is my dress, tried on in my messy living room (very full house) for my mom to see!

I actually had another dress as my number #1 but when I showed #1 and #2 to my FW and close friend, they freaked over #2 and said it was exactly my style. They are so right. I still debated until it dawned on my that versions of the dress I thought was the one were literally everywhere. The one I finally chose is so unique and I know I will feel beautiful and special in it. I'm so excited to wear it!

I went shopping with mom, sister, MOH, niece and FMIL - went to three places. Quickly realized I didn't like bling and that I liked that dresses that had a colored layer to them. Fell in love with Hayley Paige dresses but they are expensive! Didn't end up buying anything that day.

Then I go to my hometown and try on dresses just with my mom. Found more Hayley Paige dresses that I loved even more! Then a miracle - found the ONE being resold by someone who had never worn it. Bought it and saved like $500

Getting it altered by this amazing dress maker. Picking it up in a month!

After looking for a dress and trying on way too many o my own. So decided to I take my soon-to-be sister-in-law, MOB, MOG, MOH with me dress shopping. I said this is the last time I try on dress. Y’all pick them and I try on. Well my FSIL found my dress and it had everything FH wanted in a dress. (Yes I let him tell me what he wanted me wear as a wedding dress). But he doesn’t get to get to see what I found. I absolutely love my dress and it’s super comfy and not heavy!!! Sorry for the wrinkles in my dress I haven’t updated my dress pictures yet.
