Budget. Budget. Budget. Save. Save. Save. We go out half as much as we used to. We try not to order out as much as we can. I don’t buy anything if I don’t really need it. I stretch out my nails/ hair appointments (A longer time in between). You and your fiancé just set a budget for your wedding and put side a certain amount every month. There are some budget calculator apps that may be able to help you.

I put most of my charges on a credit card that is giving me no interest for a year. I've calculated how much we need to pay per month to pay it off in that year, and we make that payment every month as part of our budget.

We Save As Much As We Can Each Month && Put It Toward Our Wedding.

It Helps To Make A Budget For Both Your Incomes (Assuming You Both Work) To See How Much You Need / Can Save Each Paycheck . Good Luck ❤️

We worked& we saved. I had 2 jobs at one point and threw all the money I made at my second job towards the wedding. We also stuck to our budget we had planned in the beginning.

We have our regular jobs that thankfully pay pretty decently, but I also contacted all of my vendors to see if they would take payments as we go. All of them said yes. So, we will be making payments over the next six months. I'm also planning on getting an extra job this summer (I'm a teacher)
And honestly, this stimulus check is all going toward our wedding. 😜 Every little bit helps!

While we are receiving help from both of our parents, we are paying for all of the vendors/honeymoon (which adds up quick). We each put $1,000 away each month towards the wedding for 14 months (and I put some money I had saved away in at the beginning). Whatever we have left, we will use along with our gifted money to start our lives together! While I realize not everyone is able to put that much away each month, id figure out what amount you can comfortably put away from each paycheck and just have it automatically put into your wedding account...you never even see it lol!

We're paying for the wedding with our normal income. However, I have signed up for every opportunity for some extra earnings through my district (I'm a teacher). I've taken on some home/hospital students, signed up for all professional development sessions that will pay me for attending, and am the first to offer myself for extra teaching opportunities that my school needs (after-school tutoring, Saturday school, etc.). However, those are just bonuses as we planned our budget for what we could save monthly for the wedding (over the course of our 2 year engagement).

We started years ahead gathering information and touring venues. Ultimately we budgeted and paid off things a little at a time.

Budget. Save. Contract vendors early and pay in installments. By the time our wedding gets here, all we'll owe the day of is anything over the venue's $5k minimum (I'm anticipating < $1K) and tips for the various vendors, as applicable. We've paid the DOC, photographer, dj and venue in installments and those will be finished 30 days before the wedding, giving us time to save up for the day of expenses.

We're paying for everything but the cake ourselves, so saving & budgeting have been essential.

We paid for our wedding from our savings/income. And more specifically, we made most of our choices re. venue, food, guest count, etc., based on the amount of money we had to spend. That is, we fit our wedding vision to the money we had available.

Make a budget and stick to it (the one on here is great!). There is no secret wedding funding way. Either you are lucky and have family help (we did) or you budget and save and pay for everything like you would any other thing you buy.
