Yes is it typically the norm to purchase corsage or boutonniere for grandparents?

We got my grandmother a wrist corsage, and if any other grandparents would have been present they would have gotten a corsage/bout.

If you have a rehearsal, a rehearsal dinner is required. It doesn't have to be fancy (pizza and beer!) but if you're asking people to take time out of their day to practice standing and walking, you must feed them.

Some do, some don't, it's up to you and your preference/budget. It's a nice gesture and I bet they would love it. It doesn't have to cost a lot, either.

It's up to you I think a corsage or boutonnière is fine, if you don't care which ask them what they would prefer.

Yes it's typical. We got FH Grandma a corsage and Grandpa a boutonniere.
