Wedding Flight discounts!

Fwbride, on November 8, 2018 at 3:28 PM Posted in Planning 1 7
Ladies, I don’t know if anyone else has figured this out yet, but a couple different airlines give discounts on airfare for groups of 10 people or more traveling to the same place! My wedding is going to be in Indiana, but my FH family live all through out the East Coast. Some also do discounts for your guests if you book your destination wedding through them! Who is haveing a destination wedding or a lot of out of town guest?!

I had a DW but all my guests just arranged their own flights. Too many things to worry about when planning a wedding (especially a DW) that, my feeling is, adults can figure out their own travel.

Do you think this would apply for bachelorette/bachelor groups? Lol we are flying to vegas from east coast and it definitely would be more than 10 people.

Agree with PP that adults generally arrange their own travel and use points for discounts. Those who don’t travel enough to get points will already use a service such as Expedia or Trivago for lower rates.

Most of our guests have to fly in from across the country (local for us) and they are arranging their own travel and discounts.

Oh this is a great idea! I will definitely look into this and compare the price to booking websites to compare the price difference. See if they get extra perks maybe like Upgrade priorities or something.
