Some people do them, but they are an extra expense. Edible favors are often recommended because other types of favors often get left behind.

It really depends on what you want to do as a couple! Most people on WW suggest doing edible favors!

We're having custom drink koozies made and setting them up in a basket by the bar. That way guests can grab one and put their seltzer/beer in it to keep their drink cool! We're also thinking of having a small table set up with bags filled with pet treats in them. We have a pup and love dogs, so we want to be able to incorporate him into our wedding!

Instead of typical favors we opted to spend the money on a popcorn bar for people to take a bag home with them at the end of the night. We've also considered doing dog treats since we are crazy pet parents and keep trying to find ways to include our dog without having him there lol.

We're having a dessert table at our wedding. We're honestly just going to double that up as a favor. We'll have some goodie bags at the end of the table for anyone who wants to take some home on their way out.

I wasn't planning on doing favors, but my dad emailed me a few days ago and surprised us with 100 customized bottles of hand-sanitizer, so I guess those? They're super cute, and didn't cost us a dime!

I feel like it's unnecessary (and expensive) - we will not be doing favors for our wedding.

If you do choose to give out favors, I recommend doing something that people will actually keep/enjoy - for example something edible or something without your names.

We are skipping the favors. One of the last weddings we attended that had them, the couple had jars of basic Hershey kisses and they couldn’t give them away at the end of the night. We are going to put the money toward food/drinks/dj that guests will notice and remember.

We bought chocolate covered toffee from a local bakery & i bought travel sized hand sanitizers from Bath & Bodyworks (on clearance). There wasn’t anything left! Our guests loved it!

I got little treat bags for cheap on amazon and we are going to do his and hers favorite candy for each guest. It will be simple to put together and something most people will enjoy.

I’m just doing chocolate at the seat for the guests. Something simple that doesn’t cost too much extra

I am doing favors. I have my own candle business, so that is what we are doing. Since our wedding is close to Christmas we are doing a holiday scent and something more neutral for everyone.
