Wedding favors are a nice touch but are far from being a requirement, so offering anything is more than enough. I have been to weddings where the favor was a beer koozie and it was fine for us!

Haven't really thought about the cost per bag, just my budget for the favors in general. Based on my research, my bags are alot cheaper than getting full sized favors for each guest. I know its normally one per household but I'd rather do gifts for everyone.
