Wedding Exit

Hey y'all! Didn't even know a wedding exit was a thing, but they make for some cute shots and its the sign to guest that the wedding is over. Our venue charges by each 30 minutes past the end time. So I need people to know its time to leave. Haha. I wanted the light up wands, but we are having a destination wedding and I didn't think we would have enough space in luggage. I'm currently in the middle of putting together these wedding wands together per the instructions here:

I included a vision of how these will be used. I have been able to make ~40 for $1/ wand. Did anyone do something similar? How did your pictures turn out? Do you have pictures to share? Would love to here your experiences.

    My guests used ribbon wands like this for our grand entrance into the reception. The photos didn't turn out great, but it was a fun in the moment!

    Oh really. Darn it. Do you think anything could've been different for the pictures to turn out? At least everyone had fun. I hope that my guest find it to be fun too.

    Wedding sparklers are huge. I'm going to Jamaica but I dont wont to be arrested for bringing fireworks on the plane. In fact I have some we bought for his cousins weddings that we left at home. Not sure what to do with them other than save for 4th of july....for the next 10 years. :/

    Yes I have seen that. My venue doesn't allow them. Smiley sad they look great in pictures. Seems like it would be difficult to coordinate. And people will be drinking throughout the night. Haha. 😵😝😳

    We ran out to get more the couple. They look great in photos. This was after being at an outdoor wedding and reception in May in Tennessee. They still look great!

    We had bubbles and little biodegradable confetti for our “exit pictures”
    I had confetti stuck in my dress so bad but it made great pictures!

    No, that's not me. That FH's cousin wedding. We bought the sparklers for them and drove 6 hours leaving them at home but fortunately found some in Tennessee. They burn like 2 minutes. Now I have like 250 wedding sparklers at hom3 but cant take them to my own destination wedding. She was beautiful and that was after 12 hours in the summer heat (all outdoor). I didnt realize my legs could sweat that much. Lol

    Super cute! Our venue doesn't allow sparklers since it's a historic venue so we opted for big foam glowsticks, I like the wishing wands but was worried it wouldn't pick up well in photos cause it will be night time.

    For walking down the aisle as husband & wife we're going to have bubbles!

    We’re doing soarklers for our send off! I love the way they look in pictures! 😊 We’re, also, having shakers (different than pom poms) for people to shake when we are proubces husband & wife after the ceremony! Bumbles & glow sticks look really good in pictures too!

    The photos didn't come out good because the photographer was standing at an angle and I guess we ran in instead of walking in slowy.

    We actually hand made leaf confetti for guests to throw since we don’t love the other ideas we saw and our venue is picky about what can be used!
