I knew since I was chunky I didn’t want a form fitting dress! I tried on only 7 dresses before buying this beauty and I have absolutely no regrets! My wedding is next Saturday and I’m so excited to show it off 😍

Have you thought of the venue you want or the style of wedding?

Did you want a classic style dress or a mermaid, perhaps? Some people also love having a train where others want them removed. Some of this depends on how much dancing you like or how much a train might seem to get in the way. Then also, a mermaid dress would not work well with a garter toss. So it depends how you see the reception going.

I think we are going to stay with a pretty classic wedding style and dress maybe with a little modernization. There are some mildly colored gowns. There are even silver layered dresses. So you can have a slightly unique look instead of traditional white.

My FP decided to have her dress made. Especially because we’re having a BOHO style. It’ll be similar to the photo but a little longer with hints of lavender sprinkled into it.

My inspiration was a ball gown. I always wanted the princess look.

I will have a similar dress with slightly different lace. My sewing will be correcting the dress, and the wedding is very soon....

I really love flowers, so I knew mine had to have a lot on it! Even better, it ended up being the Snow White Dress from the Disney Allure Bridals Collection 😊

I really wanted a lace mermaid dress with lace sleeves, sparkles and long train. I found the same one!
