In order to help with something like that, it would be helpful to have an idea of budget, where you're based, and a few images of the kind of thing you are looking for.
Pinterest and google images are always a good place to start looking for ideas on the kind of style of dress you would like, and from there people will be able to suggest designers that might offer the kind of design you are looking for.
