Wedding dress

I absolutely love my dress! The thing is I’m a bit worried because it is so itchy on the under arms. The jewels are gorgeous, but rub like crazy. I know it would be so crazy expensive to add sleeves and it has a sheer top that I don’t think a topper would work. Does anyone have any suggestions? Worse case scenario is that I just suck it up and deal with it for the night.

It's gorgeous! I wonder if you could add another piece of fabric that's more comfortable to the under arm

Talk to your seamstress they may be able to add a thin piece of fabric to prevent the jewels from touching your skin. My crinoline was very stiff and poked me in the leg so my seamstress said she would cut it down and then put fabric (she called it something else but I can’t remember lol 🙈) around so it wouldn’t touch my skin. You deserve to be comfortable on your day so don’t just suck it up lol

Yes talk to a good seamstress. They likely will be able o out something under your arm to help with the rubbing and make it look beautiful. Good luck!

I agree with the others about the seamstress. I’m sure you are not the first bride to experience this. They will be able to find a solution for you.
