Wedding dress: White, ivory, champagne, or ....?

Pretty much anything but white, lol

Definitely not white. I like champagne, but I really might go with a totally different color. It's my wedding, it should reflect me.

Ivory. Although I really can't tell the difference that much between white, off-white, ivory or champagne lol. It's like eggshell paint.... it's white right?

I always would have picked white, but my dress will be champagne with an ivory overlay

I honestly am not sure. I want to do like a blush colored dress because I just love love love pink but at the same time I want to sort of look traditional. We'll see! I'm not dress shopping until December 2016 so plenty of time.

I think I prefer ivory, but I don't think I'm opposed to any of them.

Ivory. I just overall think the color compliments people's skin tones better and is more flattering across the board.

I did white for my first wedding, ivory for my second. But my mother had pink for hers. As far as I'm concerned, whatever dress makes the bride feel beautiful is just fine, no matter what color it is.

Ivory! I love other colors though. I've seen blue and black wedding dresses that are gorgeous.

My dress is ivory. I think it fit the vintage style I love better than white. Your grandmothers dress is beautiful. And my favorite color! How cool to have a family dress like that! Maybe you could wear it for engagement photos or as a reception dress if you choose a different wedding dress.

I have very pale skin, so I went with ivory. A while back I regretted getting ivory because I couldn't find an ivory shirt for my FH. But bow I'm not bothered by it. I found a way to include white and ivory into my wedding décor so is doesn't look totally weird. My Florist is also helping me with that.

I think that the colour if the dress depends a lot on people's skin tones. For me, ivory worked best cause I'm so pale.

Mine is as white as you can get. And I didn't think it would work because I'm not very tan. But white is what I want.

Is it me or does the champagne dress look kind of pink? I went with ivory myself, but honestly the colors vary by designer. I think my dress looks more white than ivory, but according to the designer it's ivory. Skin tones make a big difference too.

What ever fits the bride's style. If it's a girl who is very fair she most likely should not wear white. If you have more of a yellow skin tone the ivory dresses are not always the best bet. I knew I would look washed out in white. My dress is ivory and taupe. I can't wait to try it on again and hopefully lose weight so it fits better.
