Wedding Dress Stuck in Customs

Hi All!

I was notified by the bridal salon that my dress is stuck in customs. Have any of you experienced this? If so, how long did it take for it to be resolved and be shipped to the salon?

I understand that with the global situation (pandemic, lockdowns,etc) shipping is kind of wacky, but hopeful someone has insight!

I appreciate your help!
