Wedding Dress Shopping

I just picked a few based on Yelp reviews, and looked at their inventory online. If they had a few I was interested in trying, I went ahead and made an appointment. I went to two shops and tried on about 10 dresses, and discovered I really loved the look of one that was out of my budget. I ended up finding a very similar dress online at David's Bridal for less than half the price, and was luckily able to try it on and buy it off the rack in my perfect size that week!

My advice would be to pick out a few online that you'd like to try in store, find boutiques that carry them, and go from there. Some of the resale shops in my area (Dallas) had an online inventory you can look through as well. It can get discouraging trying a bunch on that don't work, but don't give up! You will look beautiful no matter what

I didn't go to David's Bridal or big name shops. I googled local bridal boutiques with 4+ star reviews on google. Then I called and told them my budget and size, and asked if the selection would be enough. I went to 3 boutiques before finding my dress!
