Who did/are you bring(ing) with you when you go wedding dress shopping? How many people are you limiting it to?? I definitely know to keep the number of people I bring with me low, but wanted to know who you brought/are bringing with you to yours!!

I only went with my sister. She tells it like it is and I trust her judgment so that was a no-brainer for me. I can be very indecisive so I knew I needed just one person who would be very clear in her opinions and help me see why certain dresses looked good and why others didn't.

Kept mine small as well. First time it was just me and my mom. The time I picked out my dress was my mom and my FMIL. Glad I had them both there when I picked my dress.

It was just my mom and I. Made it extra special for me just sharing the day with her.

I just brought my bridesmaid. I only have one bridesmaid and a MOH and my MOH is very opinionated and I knew that it would lead to me not getting what I wanted. She already talked me into one dress that I later decided I didn't like, I wasn't going to let that happen again.

I kept it simple- just me and my mom! It worked out well since its was Mother's Day Wknd. Also gave us some much needed bonding time before the wedding.

My first appointment I brought my wedding planner. I wanted to get an idea without multiple differing opinions. After I selected my dress which I love I brought my mom and sister/MOH

I plan on bringing my mom and my MOH (best friend/cousin for sure). Our girls want to go (9 and 10) as well. I'm on the fence about them.

I think it depends largely on the personalities of those you might take. You could take several and it could be stress free if they are non critical of your decisions. Flipside, you could take one overbearing person and feel absolutely miserable. I would keep it relatively small and that also depends on the size of the store. Many stores have a limit so you should find that out.

I had my bridal party, all of whom are family. That made for MOH, three bridesmaids, one junior, and my mom.

I only took my mom. Best experience ever! I'm so picky that I knew I would probably be shop to shop and I just couldn't justify running them all over God's creation with everyone's clashing schedules. Everyone understood and was more than ok with the decision.

One of the stores I went to had a limit on how many you could bring. I had my mom, sister and niece.

I plan on only bringing my mom and my dad if he wants to join! Don't really care about getting the opinion of anyone else.

I live in SC but family/friends and wedding are all in PA. I was home for a weekend to get some things done like meet with the caterer. it was just me, my mom, and my Matron of honor. it was more just going to see what was out there but ended up finding the dress and it was the first one I ever tried on!

My mom went with me, and texted photos of our faves to my sister/moh.
