If you aren't able to find "the shoes" before then, wearing something about the same height is also fine. Have you actually visited any of those stores? Most of them, especially Dillard's and DSW, have a large in store stock so you might not have to wait for something to be shipped. You could also try Amazon Prime. As far as what looks good, really any white shoe is going to go fine with a white dress. I was more concerned about comfort than looks since no one will see my shoes anyway.

I got my shoes ar David's bridal they have a good selection. Amazon has a lot of options as well. Dont overthink it anything white or ivory should do and your press probably covers them anyway unless you went with tea length.

Amazon Prime has some great shoes at lower prices than the Dept stores. I'm going to order from them they have my size 5. You might want to look at the site.

I did the exact same thing as you and panic ordered shoes from lulus about 5 days before my fitting. They came in two days and were perfect - but as PP mentioned you can just determine what heel height you want to wear and then just buy your actual shoes later.
