Hi beautiful ladies! So this may be a hard one, but I am going for a romantic, earthy, modern vibe. There will be a lot of greenery, candles, and light, pastel colors. I am torn between a lace wedding dress and a beaded satin dress. Keeping my venue and overall vibe/atmosphere in mind, what do you suggest to be more fitting? I am leaning toward lace because it is SO romantic, but am up for any suggestions! I've attached some photos of my venue and how I plan to decorate it! There are A LOT of different photo opportunities at this venue and I want to keep them all in mind when deciding on my dress.

Have you started looking at dresses yet? You can always have it mostly lace but have some breading. I think lace dresses are so pretty but I might be biased since that’s what I got.

I found myself torn due to my theme. We are doing a 1930s hollywood glam theme. Lace and satin were both big back then. I originally wanted an all satin dress. Then I started liking the lace look. Now I have my heart set on a combo dress. It is satin with lace on the bodice and lace at the bottom. Maybe look into a style like that? Best of both. Good luck!

I am such a sucker for lace - I would easily vote lace just about every time lol. It definitely suits that romantic vibe, which is what I’m going for and my dress has a lot of lace.
That venue is stunning by the way! Your vision will come along perfectly in that setting.

Yes I have-- I have fallen in love with lace gowns, but beading gives such a wow factor! Although if my venue décor and theme is subtle and pastels, I think lace would suit it better!

Yes I looked at these gowns as well! My dad actually suggested a mixture of both and I was like okay its worth researching haha...

I think lace is more romantic, satin is more glam/princess. I'm also not a huge fan of satin gowns though, so I may be a little biased.

Love a lace/tulle combo! It is super romantic and I think it has a "wow" factor. My dress was lace/tulle so I'm biased, though
