Wedding Dress Regret!!!!

Alright so my wedding is the 19th. I had initially wanted sleeves on my dress to begin with. I'd tried on so many and decided on the one below. I went to three places all who told me I waited too long and they only had one dress until I went to David's Bridal. I like my dress fine, but I'm not in love. I wanted sleeves initially and they didnt have anything that would work I'm less than a week away and I feel like I'm going to hate my photos and everything. I'm so self conscious about my arms and I get stress hives. Has anyone had sleeves added? Is it worth it? Any opinions are welcome and very appreciated!

    I think your dress is beautiful as it is but if you really want sleeves, add them.

    I also do not like my arms/love handles/back BUT the one thing I've had to tell myself... They're the same arms/rolls/bumps/whatever no matter what dress I put on - they're gonna be there. You look gorgeous, the dress is so flattering, and honestly all the dresses I tried on with sleeves were itchy and caused a serious lack of mobility due to the size of my arms/being broad shouldered. The person waiting at the end of the aisle loves every piece of you! You should too. And I know that's easier to say than to do, but look at how amazing you look!! You think anyone will be looking at your arms when you look so beautiful? I don't. 🥰
