But if you look on wedding wire and the knot they have sections where they show you boutiques that are around your area. Good luck!

Also a quick google search would help locate things close to you. I did a google search and then looked up reviews. Went with the one I was most comfortable with. Another thing to consider is if you have dresses in mind that you definitely want to try on google dress shops near you that have those exact dresses.

I would also suggest not limiting yourself to bridal shops
Just go anywhere that sells dresses or specifically formal and evening attire. The goal is to find a beautiful dress you're comfortable in and love and it doesn't necessarily have to be off the wedding or bridal section, if you catch my drift.

I got my dress for less than $500 from David's Bridal!

Look online for bridal salons in your area and read reviews. I would also see what designers the stores carry and look at those designers online to make sure you like the dresses you are seeing. Or, if you have certain dresses in mind, see what stores in your area carry that specific designer. That is what I did.
