Wedding dress never arrived

I think it is gorgeous. I'm not sure what you had in mind originally, but it doesn't look like a "backup plan" to me... looks like it was meant to be!!!!

I'll also add - if you paid by credit card, you can dispute the charges with them. You shouldn't be on the hook for a dress that won't arrive.

But I don’t know if this is just another one of their tactics. First they said March 1st. Then end of month March. Then April 21st. Then it was “waiting to be picked up by a courier” on April 28th. And now it’s this message lol. But still have received no proof of actual shipment or tracking. I’ve given them so many chances and would’ve rather just received the damn dress but it’s like they’re forcing me to file a dispute with my credit card company and a consumer complaint.
I feel stupid for not realizing they’ve just been stringing my along this whole time giving me false hope that the dress will arrive probably SO I never got to the point of filing a charge back.
