Someone wrote on a post about their dress being delayed cause of it. This is just so sad. A lot of things, i wanted to purchased, were originally going to come from china. I'm rethinking cause i doubt i will get those in time. I purchased an item from amazon, but the item ended up shipping from china. I did not know this until i got the track number. But i purchased it a week ago and it still hasn't shipped. I have a feeling I will have to purchase it somewhere else. So i'm hoping it comes soon cause i'm getting nervous lol.

I ordered fabric to add to my dress, and haven't recieved it yet because it's delayed in China. I have plenty of time, but I was supposed to start alterations last month

Just read... dresses may be delayed by one month. As much as 80% of western gowns are made there. Hope everyone gets theirs in time!

FYI, only about 50% of David’s dresses are made in China. The rest are made elsewhere in Asia, if that helps current shoppers!

My FH and groomsmen are getting their suits made by Indochino, which is based in China. Thankfully suits typically ship way faster than dresses, and he and the guys went earlier this month and our wedding is in May, so I think they have plenty of lead time even if they are delayed. I really hope not though!

My MOH ordered her dress from David's Bridal. Does anyone know where David's dresses are made?

I rush ordered my dress in January for my September wedding, and the shop phoned me to tell me that there will be a delay, but that it will be here about a month before my wedding and that they will make sure they get the alterations done. I am just praying that it makes it here in time!
