Wedding dress fitting

I just tried on my dress yesterday and it didn't quite fit. It use to fit perfectly. I got it zipped but could get the buttons above zipper to button. Any suggestions for safely and relatively quick ways to lose weight. I have gained some and wouldn't be it just for the dress. I want to lose what I gained. Any suggestions for dress to?     How quick are we talking?
    I use myfitness pal to count my macros (fats/protein/carbs)

    Also add in some cardio or get a personal trainer- may be worth the money for a little bit!

    I wouldn’t do any crazy diet fads. I would just track the food you’re eating and workout 4-5 days a week with added cardio. Not sure location, but my gym is only open outside so I do a lot of workouts at home.


    Most people don’t realize how much we actually eat until they try tracking it. It’s a little complicated but once you get the hang of it it’s good.
    And maybe reach out to a personal trainer in your area , I think you could lose a good amount in 2 1/2 months

    I would do the keto diet if you can stomach eggs I would do the egg fast so it can jump start you into ketosis but than do the keto diet til your wedding

    Lots of walking and counting calories. Any extra exercise on top of that a few days a week would be good. I'd suggest the Obe or Sweat apps for a wide variety of exercises.

    If you need to drop weight by June do keto. Start now and go hard, track everything and it will come off!

    Start a very detailed food diary. Make appointment with a dietitian. Decide how much you have to lose in weight and inches. Start now. Consider very short term weight loss rx meds if your doctor or dietitian agree they are safe. You can do this!

    You've got plenty of time. If you drink soda, whether it's diet or not, then stopping can be a healthy way to lose weight. Just don't do any drastic diets because you don't want to worry about losing hair, skin breakouts, etc. Seeing a nutritionist may be a good idea.

    I know lots of people swear by keto, but one of my very active and healthy friends tried it until her hair started falling out in clumps. This close to a major event it probably isn't a good idea to do things that could shock her system and have unknown consequences.

    The old school South Beach Diet worked for me and got me into a healthier way of eating. You can get the book by Arthur Agatson off Amazon for like $10. it has a meal plan in the book that you can follow or modify a little but you still have to follow the basic rules.
