Hi there! I am Having a tough time with deciding on my wedding gown. I really want my bridesmaids to be in beaded or sequined dresses. I am looking
For my gown, And I don't know which direction to go in to make myself stand out from my girls. My maid of honor says I should go plain and classic to contrasthe detailing of their dresses. I've also heard the opposite. Can anyone offer any insight as to Which way would be more visually appealing and also have me stand out?

I would start with your dress and find one you love for yourself and then pick bridesmaids dresses based on that. Think of your dress as the star of the show and the bridesmaid dresses are the back-up singers. Start with the star and coordinate from there.

I hopped onto Pinterest to look at sequin bridesmaid dresses and noticed that most of the brides had a lace/satin dress in a simple silhouette.

Maybe wear a dress with a dramatic cut and some lace on it?
