Wedding dress back change? :-/

Hello to all! I am new here and I am soo needing advice from all you lovely brides-to-be. I just got my wedding dress which I love, but I am not so crazy about the back of it. I definitely am considering altering it once it comes in but I am unsure of how to do it.I just don’t feel so comfortable to have all that part of my back exposed.I would like a bit more of cover up.I was thinking maybe adding an illusion back but I don’t wanna mess up the style either.I have no clue how to go about this.Can you guys give me some ideas.Also I loved the look of another dress I tried on which had the little buttons all the way down the entire back of the dress.The lady at the bridal shop told me that was no problem I could have my seamstress do it.I don’t know if it would be too much since my dress already has the beading top and sparkle on the tulle bottom.What do you guys think?

Gorgeous dress! I think if you were to make the back higher, you’d need shoulder straps - what about a bolero jacket? If you ask the store, they may be able to get some of the tulle that the skirt is made of so you can get a perfectly matching bolero made up.

I love your dress! 😍 I personally think that a full illusion back might make the dress too busy.. but what about illusion straps that cover a large part of the back?? I'll attach some pictures. Either way you have to do what makes you happy! Good luck girl ❤

I think you would definitely need to add straps if you were to raise the back or add something to it. Luckily, with your dress, there is so much detail that it should be easy to pull inspiration from it!

Ooh girl I love those straps in the 3rd picture! 😍
My bridal consultant was great and gave me the idea of adding some detachable tulle straps so that I could atleast have some coverage up there.

Thank you girl !At my bridal shop they did tell me my dress would come with a shawl but was unsure of how it would look exactly.I still was considering adding straps maybe off shoulder ones because I feel a bit uncomfortable going strapless.
