Hi ladies! Has anyone had some major alterations to their wedding dress? Or the same alterations that I'm hoping to get? (I know that I won't know until I talk to my seamstress), but I'm afraid that she won't be able to do the alterations that I want done. I would like for her to fill in the plunging neckline to make it a sweetheart neckline instead. Thank you! Wedding Dress Alterations 1

My seamstress took my dress from a 12 to almost a 0. I know her personally so I trust her 100% and she’s basically remaking my dress for me. Your seamstress should be able to do what you are Hoping for.. if she has extra fabric from your dress - she could fill it in with — or use the lace to fill it in, which would be really pretty

What you’re asking for seems doable! Can you order extra fabric from the designer? Ask the bridal shop.
