Wedding Dress Alterations- a Line to Ball Gown

Hello! Question, has anyone taken an A-line wedding dress and made it more of a ball gown? The dress has plenty of material but wanting it to have a bit more "fluff" or somewhat bounce off my body if that makes sense? Any tips? Any before and after pictures? Anything would help! Thank you!

Have you looked into adding a petticoat under the dress? That would be a much more budget friendly way to add some fluff.

No, it’s basically just a poofy slip that you wear under the dress.

Depends on the dress. Is it still Sophia Tolli Quartz or did you find a new dress? Quartz has a huge thigh slit, I’m not sure how that would work.
