So I'm getting married in 7 months and I recently found a dress that I love and lucky me it happened to be on sale and a pretty close fit! its a very simple mermaid dress with a sweetheart neckline and slight beading around the bottom, right before the dress flares out. I want to accentuate the cleavage area by adding some bling, lace,or beading. who would I go to for customization like this? BTW I live in the metro Detroit area of Michigan.
