This is not altered yet so ignore the length! Do you think this is obviously a prom dress? And even so, is it an acceptable wedding dress? With the potential of having to postpone our June wedding, I may have additional time to continue to look for dresses. I love this dress, however I want it to look like a wedding dress! If you feel like a bride in it, then it doesn’t matter what “category” the dress was in. It’s your wedding dress.

I think it looks very bridal. I wouldn’t have known it was a prom dress and I honestly think it would be kind of weird to wear to a prom.

No, not at all! I think it’s gorgeous and looks very nice on you. It’s very bridal. I absolutely looove the beading. I wouldn’t have known if you hadn’t said anything. I wouldn’t be worried about it, nothing to be ashamed of! It’s a great find in my opinion! 😄

Doesn’t look like a prom dress at all to me. Looks like a beautiful wedding gown. I would probably tell a prom girl they shouldn’t wear that to a prom ha ha! Perfect for your wedding😊

I think it looks great. Doesn’t look like a prom dress at all. Honestly, when I see elegant white “prom dresses”..I always think they look like wedding gowns anyway.
