Hey! I have purchased my domain for my wedding website and the purchase has gone through, but the website doesn't work. How do I get this fixed?

    Hey! I purchased it a few days ago. I just got the e-mail confirmation for my purchase, but website still isn't working. I will keep trying and send an e-mail to customer support.

    Okay, this is absolutely ridiculous! I have started a forum, e-mailed and done everything I have needed to do and still no response. Wedding Wire is taking peoples money and not delivering a service....you are literally scamming brides like we don't already have enough stress on our plate. This is crazy!
