Meeting with wedding coordinator tomorrow. It will be her first visit to the venue. (Mainly to see floorplan) I've hired her for design only.

NEED HELP with possible questions to ask.

You've hired her. All you have to do is say, "So, work your magic. What's your vision?". Let her do the talking.

I told my designer what I didn't like, and a few reference points like color palette and overall feel for the event. After she worked her magic, we refined the details together.
