Wedding decorator

A wedding decorator, or a wedding designer, will work with you to establish your vision for the event. They will usually create a mood board for you, then procure all the decor items. One of the great things about having a Wedding designer is that they have a lot of connections in the industry, and can often times negotiate lower prices for rentals. They are also trained professionals, so they can execute weddings like you see on Pinterest or tv. However, they also come with a premium price tag. If you have the budget for it, a Wedding designer is awesome to have! But if it’s not, there is nothing wrong with reaching out to vendors yourself and procuring items.

Do you have a wedding planner? They also have connections to vendors and can help bring your vision to life. Some of them are just as aesthetically talented as a full blown decorator. My florist also somewhat served this role because she’s in charge of all the decor, not just floral. She’s through our venue, though, because we weren’t allowed to hire an outside florist.
